I'm obsessed with what separates "ordinary" people from extraordinary achievers.
Each episode will feature a case study who will stimulate your mind and give you a different perspective on the many paths that can lead to a fulfilled and rich life.
Making/breaking habits is the most important skill in life. I investigate the routines, habits, and rituals of people who are living a rich life. The goal is to learn how extraordinary people design their 24 hours so that you and I can emulate our behavior after them and kick ass ourselves.
Ever wondered why some people are happier than others? I sure did! Since I started studying psychology I was fascinated with what separates " happy" people from people who go through depressive episodes.
In order to fuel this personal investigation of deconstructing happiness and personal misery, I discuss with my guests what it actually takes to be happy.

After having mastered the art of failing spectacularly in my life, I switched the focal point of my interest from messing up to the psychology of fulfillment and success.
I currently don’t see myself as the “this is how you should do it”-guy.
I’m more of an “I have no idea wtf I am doing” kind of guy.
But what I can do is find people who are kicking a*s in life and find out for you how they do it.
